What is this site/forum and what is it used for?
This site/forum was created to help members get quick and easy referrals for Ptc, Ptr, award, etc. websites.

What are PTC, etc. sites and what do you mean by "referrals"?
PTC, etc. sites are sites that pay you or offer you awards for visiting advertisers, filling offers and surveys, or collecting 'credits'. Many of these sites ask you to refer several people to join to receive your gift, or even if it isn't mandatory to have referrals offer certain 'perks' if you have referrals.

So how does this forum work?
Members will be able to post in the forums and ask for referrals. You can either "Ref4Ref", somebody joins as your referral on one site and you join as their referral on another, or just plain out ask if somebody will be your referral and tell them why they should be.

What do I do if somebody doesn't follow through with their side of the Ref4Ref?
Send a PM (Private message) to me pointing out the said user, the topic the Ref4Ref was in, and other information.
